Established in 2009, Pago pioneered the farm-to-table dining experience in Salt Lake City. Nestled in the historic Woodman Building in the charming 9th and 9th neighborhood, Pago is intimate with a more casual fine dining atmosphere. We offer New American & Mediterranean inspired dishes using only the best local and artisan ingredients. Accompanying that mission, Pago has been internationally recognized and awarded for the wine program curated by Founder/Owner/Sommelier, Scott Evans. His focus is on highlighting small producers with an emphasis on natural and organic viticulture and viniculture. Notably, in 2017, Wine Enthusiast Magazine included Pago on its’ list of Top 100 wine lists in the world.

Our menu offers gourmet Contemporary American fare hand crafted from the freshest possible ingredients. The menu changes with the seasons to provide the very best produce at any given time. Chef/Partner Phelix Gardner leads the culinary team with over 20 years experience of leading kitchens in Utah and Florida including over 9 years with Pago Restaurant Group.

Our wine list is an ever-rotating selection of about 90 options with both classics and off-the-beaten-path selections, from all corners of the globe. We focus on small production, natural and sustainable wines. We are honored to be recognized for our beverage program including several “Best Wine List” awards from local and national publications.
